These policies cover products bought from our online shop. Last updated 13 September 2026.

Shipping

Ships across Canada. Delivery usually takes 11 to 28 business days. Text us before you order if you need it sooner.

• Shipping is free on every order - the price you see is the price you pay.
• We ship to addresses in Canada only.
• Orders are shipped from Surrey, British Columbia.

Returns and refunds

Unused items in original box can be returned within 30 days.

• To start a return, email liveguard4000@gmail.com or text 778-953-4000 within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
• Send returns to: Live Guard Security Ltd, #13-12070 76 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 5Z2, Canada. Please contact us first so we can expect your parcel.
• Once the item arrives back to us in its original box and unused, we refund the full amount to the card you paid with, normally within 5 business days.
• If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping and you get a full refund or a replacement - your choice.
• For a change of mind, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Payment and security

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Payment is taken by Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Link.
• The payment page is hosted and secured by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your card is charged when you place the order.

Prices and availability

Prices and stock can change. If something you ordered is unavailable we will contact you and refund you in full.
